Our commercial arm covers all aspects of commercial development work,
beginning with obtaining planning permission for new developments,
whether brownfield or greenfield.

We have a 100% success rate in gaining planning permission for a range
of developers on varying sized developments over an area covering the
whole of London, the South and South West. Our sympathetic approach
– plans that demonstrate genuine thought combining practicality with
creativity while recognizing important existing features – encourages
authorities to work with us.

Commercial Arboriculture is an essential element of our seamless
service, both in the private and commercial sector. Ecological issues are
becoming increasingly critical in planning decisions, and Gardenesque
also recognize that a new development with existing mature trees looks
better, is better, and can increase both aesthetic and financial value. We
therefore have a strong team taking surveys, preparing detailed reports,
dealing with arboricultural officers, and delivering solutions.
